Monday Mural

As I walked from Coburg train station towards Sydney Road to take photos of Coburg Town Hall I came across this very happy mural. I like happy murals. What you see requires no thinking, just appreciation of happiness.

Locally there used to be annual competition and later a showing of really bad art. This would make a good entry and received a high popular vote.

  1. It is a heap of fun - and would certainly make me smile. It did here and I suspect that my smile would only expand if I was to see it for myself.

    1. EC, it is quite large and striking. It was a great welcome to Coburg.

  2. I like the mural!
The condo I showed may even have triple glazing but the noise on the balconies will still be really loud. I am a block away from the same tracks and some trains are really loud.

    1. Interesting Pat. With trams, cars and trucks passing our place, it is quite noisy on the balcony. We don't have double glazing but thick well sealed windows. I think I would feel comfort from hearing trains at night. The world is still going on.

    1. Cro, we can worry about the world, but there is much fun still to be had.

  7. That IS fun. It reminds me a a child's drawing, sweet and straight from their little heart.

  9. What a delightful discovery Andrew, I wonder if the artist painted it with the help of local children, some of our artists love to involve the community ✨
