Tradie Brother's Signs

He is bit of wag, is Tradie Brother. He has successfully transitioned from being a builder of homes and top of the end home renovations to caring for and helping aged and disabled people with in home care. He has to be 0.0 per cent blood alcohol each morning to drive and to do his job, and that has had benefits.

Here are photos of a few signs I took at his home on Christmas Day.

Apostrophe after the 'n' Bro but nuffink is probably acceptable too. Are there two effs in nuffink?

Praying to the God Victoria Bitter.

The recycling collection team would wonder that if it is a dry area, why is the recycling bin always full to overflowing?

His tomatoes seemed to be doing rather well. I expect they are fruiting now.

  1. Definitely two effs in nuffink.
Thanks to you and Bro for the smiles. His vegie patch looks good. We are eating tomatoes here at the moment - and they put the store bought ones to shame.

    1. EC, I was not too bad in the garden but I never had tomato success. One place we lived we would buy them from a Greek born couple a few houses away. They were very nice.

  2. Where's the photo of that recycle bin overflow? I'd like to see what's overflowing there in that dry zone.

    1. Strayer, there was a little dramatic licence. His recycling bin is large and always full of bottles and cans.

  4. I have succeeded with all sorts of fruits, vegetables and herbs, but failed with tomatoes every time. Your brother's tomato plants look wonderful.

  5. I like the signs and love that gnome. I never see any with good postures and facial expressions anymore, not without going to upmarket online stores anyway. What is that growing in front of the tomatoes? Beans? Or a potato plant? "No-one" recently harvested her potato crop, a couple of dozen or maybe three dozen assorted types and sizes.

    1. River, he has grown sunflowers there before in front of the tomatoes. But then he has grown beans there too. Not a bad spud harvest for No-one.

  8. Without meeting him, I would guess he has a deep sense of humor. Tomatoes are fickle things to grow, Ken and Walt in France seem to have mastered it.

    1. Steve, I didn't notice it. It is good. The football team he supports is known as the magpies.

  10. That sign's been up a while, as it looks faded. I do love the misplaced ' lol. Interesting grounds/garden. He sounds like a unique character.
