He must be enjoying the book. Well I know he is. He hasn't read a book for a a year or so. The tv sound is muted and all to be heard is him turning pages, the rattle of the keyboard as I write this and the occasional tram gong from the street below . Oh, and the wind, the shocking wind.
What is the book???? A novel?
ReplyDeleteNo Hels. The Land Before Avocado. I will post about the book in a few days.
ReplyDeleteKind of a biography of my life.
DeleteOK -- this was my question too, so I look forward to your post!
DeleteWind? Have you been eating beans?
ReplyDeleteNo YP but I am a person of a certain age.
DeleteOhhhh, on the wind.
ReplyDeleteShocking wind, Strayer.
DeleteIf he starts laughing uncontrollably
ReplyDeleteMost unlikely Travel.
DeleteIt looks like R is enjoying the book :)
ReplyDeleteCertainly is Sami.
DeleteGood to hear R is enjoying the book Andrew, sounds like a real page turner 😉 so you're having shocking winds also.. we've been battered for the last week with strong easterly winds coming from inland, so blooming hot! I'm totally over it!
ReplyDeleteGrace, so your easterlies equal our northerlies. Only 19 here today but warming up for the rest of the week.
DeleteWe had a dose of wind after the snow, it was quite nasty. Good to hear about R reading. I'd die without reading.

DeleteI am glad that others asked my question. And look forward to learning more.
ReplyDeleteLike www reading is an essential for me. For my partner? Not so much.
EC, he is more of a tv person?
DeleteI read about "The Land Before Avocado" in the newspaper section where they review new books, it sounded interesting so I bought it. I've read it once and now it sits on the shelf, gathering dust. I should read it one more time before I pass it on. EC? Interested?
