Margaret, of course such bright colours fade easily. Facing east, it doesn't get the worst of the sun.
Sometimes public art can be cheap, nasty and blatantly political. But sometimes a mural can be well thought out and full of colour. Go Windsor!
Hels, I don't mind public art being political, so long as it batting for same team as I am. I would guess this piece was commissioned by the developer of the apartment building.
