Hello Andrew:What an absolutely splendid sequence of images and what wonderful views you really do have from your apartment. We wonder which floor you are on? Or do we already know? The seventh is our guess.
Gee, I'm especially impressed by the night photo. I can't seem to take a successful night photo. Did you use a tripod?
fantastic, you'd get some brilliant changes up there in the scenery due to the weather. Love the night shot.Fen
Gorgeous shots. I still can't get the hang of night time shots, myself. Well clicked!
Lovely shots! I wish I had my camera tonight when coming home from work. It was sunset and there was a big, beautiful ball of sun on one side and on the other, an almost full moon. Stunning. V.
These are good shots, I like that first one very much.
JayLa, the views are the reason I was attracted to this place, well high rise living at all really. I don't want to say which floor as many know exactly where I live from my posts, but I'll say it two thirds of twenty plus storeys. Victor, I drank a large glass of wine which killed any shakes in my hands, set the camera to the night setting and rested in on the balcony rail. Normally, the moon dances all over the sky in my attempts.Fen, close the doors, windows and blinds and you are totally unaware of the weather. But open them all, you are very aware.TS, see my reply to Victor, but you really do seem to need a tripod.Hehe V. Coming home from your new word to your new place. Japan is inclined to be hazy like many Asian countries. I am an expert of course as I was there for nearly two weeks.Cheers River. Was it you who took some ok moon shots not so long ago?
I posted a night photo,it is not mine, I borrow it because it is such a beautiful photo of Singapore.
Ann, can you link to the photo here?
Wow, these are great Andrew. Are those balloons in the last photo? It looks like it is too dark for balloons to be up though.
Gorgeous images Andrew, the last two are magic.
lovely images HR - especially the first one. keep 'em coming. X X
Rubye, thanks for pointing out about the balloon. It is the very early dawn when the balloon go up so clearly this is not the sun setting in the west although it is looking west. Thanks Grace. A compliment indeed, coming from you.Ann, I will keep on snapping.
Ha Ha, I've had only one decent moon shot after years of trying. Kim at frogpondsrock has some great moon shots.
Very difficult to capture River. Calls for a tripod really.
