'Fraid so. They get ever closer. I could actually see peoples faces. I waved, they waved. While not headed towards me, I was sure they would crash into a tall building nearby, but no, they almost seemed to scrape the side of Lucient and went on their way.
I prefer waving from the earth to those in the sky as they go on their merry way. Nice photo Andrews.
ReplyDeleteNo way you'd get me up in one of those things i'm not afraid of heights its just that i prefer my feet planted firmly on solid ground :-).
ReplyDeleteThanks Towanda. We are kind of on earth.
ReplyDeleteIt is an interesting experience Windsmoke. No one warned us that instead of gently settling on the ground, the balloon actually crashes when it lands.
I think Balloon photos are great. There is something magic about a Balloon. Sail boats are the same sort of magic and they look great too.
ReplyDeleteI love balloons but you wouldn't get me in one. Haha. I would have to get up far too early and well, not enough control for this control freak.
ReplyDeleteBig Dog, I enjoyed the movie with David Niven, Around the World in Eighty Days. I have liked balloon travel since.
ReplyDeleteFen, getting up early is the hard part. Don't take a trip midsummer.
