This is Balencea, yes, not Balencia as we think it ought to be spelt. It would seem a Mr Kekovitch is a resident, noticed by dog walking activity. It is a building with a good setback and I like the forecourt arty construction. As for the building...well, it is very dark.

Looks intriguing. Can't wait to see it when it's finished.
ReplyDeletethe body corp fee must cover someone who picks up all the dead birds who fly straight into the bloody mirrors.
ReplyDeleteSam K must have been paid
too much by the
Meat & Livestock Promotion Committee for those ugly
'eat lambs' ads.
I don't like the degree of tinting on the windows. Too eighties...
ReplyDeleteI love the look of that... very smart design.
ReplyDeleteBrian, Statute 129, Part B, Section 5 of the planning rules says every new highrise building must have some quirky odd sculptural art at its base.
ReplyDeleteFG, the whole building is dark and mirrored. Kekovitch amuses me in his ads, especially the one where he pulls a sagger teen's pants up to his chest.
I'm with you Cazzie.
Agree Reuben. It looks threatening.
ReplyDeleteFG beat me to it...straight away Sam Keckovitch came to mind...what happened to him? do you know
ReplyDeleteApart from his ads and a drink driving charge a few years ago, no idea.
