Voice recognition

Automated voice recognition has come a long way since the last time I was forced to use it. In fact it worked flawlessly except when I wasn't expecting voice recognition in the beginning and when asked for my phone number, I said, Um, ahh and gave the number and she repeated my um and ahh back to me.

  1. A few years back you could get a Telstra Orgasm(tm).

When you rang the customer service number, it would ask you to say your phone number. You'd say zero zero zero zero zero zero zero (and so on), and the computer would say "Was that OH OH OH OH OH OH..."

It seriously was funny shit when you were bored at 3am.

I wonder if it still works.

  2. Pity it wasn't someone good looking on the other end of the phone and I'm not talking about the female. :P

Before you change something, find out why it is the way it is in the first place - unknown.
