Friday Funnies

Facebook has to be useful for something, if only to amuse at times. Oh how the mind conjures up scenarios of how this could have progressed.

This one found on Facebook too. My personal note, traffic wardens and parking officers to a valuable job for society. You take your chance at times, and if you get caught, don't blame them.

A Tumblr find now. This is an animated gif, so it will need time to load. I think I would get a fright if I was visiting a strange house and this happened. What a horrid creature. Such breeding just ain't right, but under the absurdity of its appearance, there is a dog who does not know what it looks like.

For some reason I had only seen half of this video before. It made me laugh when I saw it after someone sent the full version of it to R. If I was there in a car, steam would erupting from my ears as I started thinking very seriously about compulsory euthanasia of the elderly and infirm. Pity about the title giving the game away.

  1. I reckon that party game with traffic wardens would quickly lead to councils issuing regulations fining drivers for the display of tickets other than the applicable ticket for the parking spot and time taken.

    1. Strayer, at least such silly things haven't been done with cats. No one has bred a cat to look like a rag doll.

  4. That last video is a screamer :)
That dog does look like a mop.

  5. That video is funny. Watch it again when you are old and tottering along with a walker and see if you still feel the same about euthanasia for the elderly.(*~*)

    1. River, I shall never be old and tottering. I'll die before then.

  6. Hungarian Puli dogs look like that. and Dougal of course, from Magic Roundabout. I am at the delirious stage of a developing cold and euthanasia sounds good right now.

    1. Ann, I have heard of Puli dogs. Is that what it is? Your cold won't be cured by anything, but a couple of stiff brandies at the local pub will make you feel better.

    1. Cathy, weird as it is, I am sure it is a really nice dog. I just don't want one like that.

  8. I usually find these Quebec videos annoying due to the obvious staging. But I liked this one and laughed with you. I'm ashamed to say that I don't think that I would have been one of the patient drivers.

    1. Craig, why would you be watching them? After it played today, You Tube decided to continue playing with 'relevant' videos and more from Quebec came through, so I do understand what you mean. Funny, but he age of 30 my mother was a slow mover across a pedestrian crossing. It ain't got better since then.

  9. Haha! Harry and Charles.. wonder what the Abbott's up to :) Harry is enjoying himself in Perth, out and about in the city last night and previous evening. Epic old man was funny, are you really an impatient driver?

    1. So I heard about Harry. Paid his own way and tipped generously too. I am shockingly impatient when I am driving. I need to carry a gun to take out the incompetents..
