Yes, the weight is correct. Sister presented us with this from her garden. R used about an eighth of it tonight in a zucchini slice. It was ok but clearly we can't eat all of it. It is almost three and a half kilos or seven and a half pounds.
Zucchini soup, zucchini frittata, grated zucchini added to spaghetti sauce, meatloaf or homemade hamburgers. The last three can be made before the zucchini goes soft and mouldy, then frozen for later meals.
Hi Andrew, That is one big zucchini, and no chemicals. Home-grown is best. I do a rice thing with zucchini, diced chicken breast, s&p, tomato, in the frypan with rice and chicken stock. My own version of "risotto". Teddy is cute.

grate it, squeeze the liquid and and stick it in freezer bags to add to mince or soup later.
