Ha ha! Is it one meagre slice of ham with butter only? I took to ordering the sandwich with a side salad then piling the salad into the sandwich and hey presto!
Well, it is usually between tuna or egg sandwich when I go to the fridge at work to plate- up some nom noms for the post operative patient... most unapetizing :( Cazzie!!!

Yes, it was Masada Hospital. Seems to be owned by a health care conglomerate now. Very good hospital.
