Bit Sad

AFE, aka Agent Fare Evader, aka Adam 2.0, aka Hecho En Mexico signed off his blog today. He hasn't posted much lately and was clear he had lost interest in blogging. Hopefully his words have been archived at Pandora.

I enjoyed his blog very much and I don't really agree with him deleting all his posts, but I am sure his ego is big enough to have saved them. They are all still out there.

He has lost the inspiration to blog. I have come close at times. It is only comments that keep me going, knowing that someone is reading my nonsense. But if I ever do disappear, it will be quick and clean and not a slow painful death. As sweet, as sexy, as interesting, as nice as AFE is, I really wish he had killed his blog earlier. Harsh I know, but I am feeling sad about the demise of his blog.

  1. I was going to delete mine yesterday, but held back.

  4. No, no Rosanna. Think of all the travel tales.

Yes Keshi, know what you mean. You feel a bit of responsibility. I think AFE was just over blogging.

  6. Found it on a public domain, the internet, without a copywrite warning and I am not using it for commercial purposes. Gone now, along with my old name.

  7. Has the blog finally reached it's peak? Are we now seeing the decline of the on-line rant? Jesus, I'm now going to have to get serious. No porn and booze, now no blogging? I might have to clean the house or the thousands of other things that I gleefully neglect!

  8. You're no fun. I am granting you permission to use it though - what you use it for I don't know if I want to know :).

  10. If there was Uncle Doug action going on over it, I don't want to know.

  11. When he's a famous photographer, we can say we knew him as a lovely blogger.

  12. I have read his entries in the past, and I think I may have even commented too..sad to see something end, I know, but as he says, no use writing if ya aint got anything to say...

  13. Rhyming slang Adam 2.0? But there was a hot pic of you that I printed out on photo paper but it became spoiled. You must have had a nipple showing, even if you do have dead nipples.

Lovely Jahteh......hmm, not my choice of adjectives. He almost has the cut and wit of a gay person though. Don't want to seem patronising towards him, but he is not bad in the area for one his age. I will continue to follow his photographic efforts if they are available to the public.

We all have lots to say Cazzie. I bet you only write half of what you think about writing. His choice to disassociate him from his blog and move on.

  14. I suppose I should just take it in my stride that there are blokes doing loads over photos of me. Ah well.

As for "the cut and wit of a gay person": why would I necessarily have to be gay to have cut and wit?

Whenever I wish I was young again, I am sobered by memories of algebra.
