Eggies


Our friends gave some home grown eggs. We had a marvellous omlette. But what about the blue ones? What are they? We are thinking they are bantam eggs. I am really not so sure that I want to eat blue eggs.

My vegetetarian credibility is sadly lacking, in fact I have none. Just to offend some, I love beef, pork and lamb, but I think I may draw the line at blue eggs. It just ain't right.

    At least the ones from a supermarket don't.

  2. I don't know, blue eggs is sort of shifty to me...

    How about my friend, whose living in Vietnam and it's local 'delicacy' to leave the fetus in the egg!

  3. R goes crazy if he finds a red spot in an egg. Doesn't worry me until it is more than a red spot.

  6. I asked, and it just a different type of fowl. Avignon or something like that. Still not eaten them.
